$150 deposit per person is due with registration with the rest due by April 20. Registrations must be made by April 3. 3% is added for the amount put on a credit card. If the trip is canceled all money will be refunded.

* Credit Cards are processed through PSECU merchandising program. No Credit Card info is kept by Nature Stabler Explorations after the transaction.
** Cancellations: To receive a full refund, please cancel 4 weeks before the trip. If you cancel within 4 weeks of the trip starting you will received 25% refund. This is because all the the big costs would have been paid. to be paid. If you need to cancel, please do so prior to four weeks before the trip.
Refunds are pro-rated as the following:
1 month prior: deposit is kept, the rest is returned.
2 weeks prior to departure: the base cost of trip is kept and the “per person” items returned. (unless otherwise noted)
Less than 2 weeks: the refund will be based any “per person” items not already paid for.
1 week prior: no refund. (Situations may be taken into consideration on a case by case basis.)
* It is suggested that participants check into travel insurance for the expensive trips.
